WHAT: The City of Columbia will be hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Haven + CO Hair Salon. Owner Harley Newsom started her career in the industry back in July 2017 and is now expanding her business into a new brick-and-mortar location with a focus on customer service and helping her clients achieve their styling goals.
