What: Mayor Daniel J. Rickenmann, City of Columbia Economic Development, and the Vista Guild are hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate Cline’s Salon new space and 30th Anniversary with owner Tammy Cline.
Cline’s Salon opened in September of 1995 in the heart of the city’s Congaree Vista. The salon began as a hidden treasure tucked away in the revitalized historic district on the corner of Lady and Gadsden Street.
