WHAT: Parks and Recreation, in partnership with Revolution Red, is hosting the Color Pajama Party for teen girls on October 12 at the Katheryn M. Bellfied Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center. Revolution Red is committed to empowering women and girls in need by providing access to menstrual education and hygiene products.
