Who: City of Columbia Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement
What: The City of Columbia Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement is hosting a remembrance vigil to show the victims, survivors, and families affected by violence that they are not forgotten. The purpose of this event is to offer support, educate the community on violent crime statistics, raise awareness, share updates regarding upcoming violence prevention initiatives, and to ensure that the critical public health and safety issue of gun violence remains a top priority throughout our City.
