The Hollow, Columbia’s first forest-to-table restaurant, will be hosting their grand opening on Wednesday, March 6th at 3PM at their new location at 823 Gervais Street, Suite 100. The Hollow will specialize in the traditions of rustic American cooking, highlighting proteins and vegetables harvested from the great American landscape, and will include unique offerings such as elk, venison, rabbit, fish and fresh wild vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms, and onions.
The new restaurant features 5,900 square feet and will seat around 120 people in the main dining room. It will also feature a distinctive interior including a large artificial tree whose canopy encompasses most of the bar area.
