A subcommittee of the Design/Development Review Commission (DDRC) will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the 3rd floor Medium Conference Room at 1401 Main St. The meeting will be with the design team for Murphy USA to discuss their proposed design at 3320 North Main St. as it relates to the North Main Corridor Design Guidelines per the DDRC’s motion at the March 19, 2026 meeting.
The Commission will not take any action, but will provide guidance to the applicant in advance of their next appearance at a public hearing. The public may attend and observe the discussion, but may not participate in the work session.
