Officially launched by Mayor Rickenmann in October 2023, Columbia Streams Art is a multi-faceted public arts program that has engaged Columbia’s creative community to celebrate Columbia’s unique access to our rivers. So far, more than 20 Columbia artists and art students have begun transforming blank white leaping trout sculptures into vibrant, imaginative showpieces.
