WHAT: February is National Heart Month and in conjunction with the Go Red movement, which encourages awareness of heart disease and heart health, the City will hold the first “Jump Start your Heart” Day Party, Saturday, February 10 from 11am-2pm, at the Drew Wellness Center. The “Jump Start Your Heart” Day Party will feature a variety of FREE activities including family fun relay races, Zumba, HIIT and Yoga workouts, massages, music, giveaways and more! There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
