City Officials Announce Customer Response Plan to Enhance Service Delivery

Who: Mayor Daniel Rickenmann, City Manager Teresa Wilson, and City staff from Columbia Water, Public Works and the Customer Care Center

What: City of Columbia officials will host a press conference to address service delivery and customer service as it relates to trash pick up, water service, and the customer care call center.  A customer response plan will be shared that will focus on a course of action to enhance and improve service delivery and the provision of city services
