City of Columbia Parks & Recreation Department Announce Revised Swimming Pool Operational Hours

The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has revised the operational hours for several public swimming pools and aquatic facilities.

Beginning Monday, August 21^st, Greenview Swimming Pool and Maxcy Gregg Swimming Pool will be open only on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

Hours of operation are:

Saturdays, 10:00 am- 6:00 pm

Sundays, 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm.

Both pools and Parks and Recreation splashpads will be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 4 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Labor Day is the final day of the pool season.

Aerobic classes at Maxcy Gregg pool will continue for the next two weeks (8/21 – 9/4) and Swim Team practices at Greenview and Maxcy Gregg pools will also continue on the same days.
