Who: City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities with special guest speaker Tyson K. Brown, Executive Director, Project OneWay
What: Participants in this workshop will learn to understand the importance of healthy and complete communication between older and younger generations in the workplace, practice engaging a younger demographic in the workplace in spite of lack of relatability between age groups and how it leads to retention, and dangers of imminent retirement freeze and how understanding of adaption vs. assimilation in the workplace can potentially lessen changes of transpiring.
