City of Columbia Announces Mayor Daniel Rickenmann’s Third Town Hall Tour

(Columbia, SC)  – Mayor Rickenmann invites the community to join him for the third annual Town Hall Tour across the City of Columbia, where he will share the State of the City. Alongside City Council members, the Mayor will provide updates on various initiatives and developments throughout the City over the past year. These town hall sessions are open to the public, offering citizens the opportunity to ask questions and receive informed answers.

Town Hall for Districts 1 & 2

When: Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Where: Earlewood Park (1113 Recreation Dr., Columbia, SC 29203)

Who:

  • Mayor Daniel Rickenmann
  • Councilwoman Tina Herbert (District I)
  • Councilman Edward McDowell, Jr. (District II)
  • Councilwoman Aditi Bussells (At-Large)

Town Hall for District 3 & 4

When: Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Where: Woodland Park (6500 Olde Knight Pkwy., Columbia, SC 29209)

Who:

  • Mayor Daniel Rickenmann
  • Councilman Will Brennan (District III)
  • Councilman Peter Brown (District IV)
  • Councilman Tyler Bailey (At-Large)

Town Hall for Business Community in Partnership with the Columbia Chamber

When: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Where: Segra Park (1614 Freed St., Columbia, SC 29201)

Who:

  • Mayor Daniel Rickenmann
  • As part of the Chamber’s monthly breakfast briefing series, Mayor Rickenmann will give a state of the city update. The business community, alongside chamber members, are invited to attend this collaborative event. All guests can register here.
