The City of Columbia and Dominion Energy are excited to announce an agreement between both parties to enter into a license agreement that will expand more than 200 acres of public river access along the Saluda Greenway. The agreement signifies a committed approach by the City of Columbia, Dominion Energy and other Midlands river partners to further expand connectivity, public access and collaboration along the Saluda River.
