The ribbon cutting will take place at the entrance to the park at 5103 Randall Avenue\, 29203. \n  \nThe new playground was funded by a community development block grant\, and features a swing set and playground system for children ages 5-12 years old. Additional amenities include a green space\, picnic shelter\, fencing\, park benches and picnic tables\, which were previously installed during the summer of 2024. \nAttending will be Mayor Daniel Rickenmann\, District 1 Councilwoman Tina Herbert\, City Manager Teresa Wilson\, Assistant City Manager Henry Simons\, Eau Claire community representatives and Parks & Recreation representatives.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
