Participate\, volunteer\, and learn how we’re helping people evolve and overcome barriers during National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month.\n\n\nOn November 5\, outreach teams will revisit high-impact areas identified in the 2025 PIT Count to distribute survival packs and connect individuals with services. This outreach initiative invites community members\, volunteers\, faith groups\, and organizations to assemble and distribute hygiene kits filled with essential items such as soap\, toothbrushes\, socks\, deodorant\, and encouraging messages of hope.
