City’s Teen Program to Feature Dive-in Movie 

Featured Movie: Aquaman

The Columbia Parks & Recreation Department will host a free dive-in movie at Maxcy Gregg Pool on Friday, June 28 to kick off the city’s annual summer teen program. 

Prime Time in the Parks is a free teen program that provides a fun and safe environment for youth ages 13-17 years old. The program has featured a variety of events including a basketball game with the Columbia Police Department, pool parties and more. 

This summer, teens can attend a free showing of the movie “Aquaman” at Maxcy Gregg Pool located at 1655 Park Circle on June 28. 

The pool party will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Appropriate swimwear is required.

 The Columbia Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of programs for children ages 5-17 that are designed to be meaningful and fun, at little to no cost. These programs are held at various times throughout the year and present opportunities for youth to learn something new, serve their communities, refine their skills or network with their peers.
