Selling my Business: Tools and Tips on Copyrights, Trademarks, and Contracts Workshop

The City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities is hosting a Selling my Business Workshop on September 14th, 2023, with special guest Doug Lineberry, to discuss tools and tips on copyrights, trademarks, and contracts.  Participants in the workshop will learn what copyrights are and how they are valuable to a company, how to protect trademarks and the value it brings in protecting a trademark, and what a basic contract does to a small business and what could happen if there is not a contract in place.
