CANCELLED: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Southeast Park

City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has announced that they will cancel the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Southeast Park on Wednesday, March 16 due to inclement weather.
A rescheduled date has not been announced yet.
