The Fifth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, the Richland County Public Defender’s Office, and the Rainy Day Fund are hosting a free Pro Bono legal Clinic on February 7, 9:00am – 6:00pm and February 8, 10:00am-2:00pm.
Join these clinics to help remove your barriers to housing and employment by talking to a lawyer about your driving or criminal record.
- Driver’s License: Reinstatement Clinic
- Address unpaid traffic ticket suspensions over two years old. Excludes DUI and DUAC cases. Attendance is not required.
- Bench Warrant: Resolution Clinic
- Attend to non-violent general sessions bench warrants over two years old. Excludes magistrate court and summary BWFTA cases.
