Grand Re-Opening Ceremony
Join Mayor Daniel J. Rickenmann, City Councilmembers, City Manager Teresa Wilson, Assistant City Manager Henry Simons, community leaders, and partners as we officially reopen Finlay Park. The ceremony will celebrate the park’s revitalization as a space for everyone to enjoy and connect.

Jam Room Music Festival
Stay after the ceremony for a full day of live music, local food, and community fun during the Jam Room Music Festival. Enjoy performances from local, regional, and national artists while exploring the beautifully reimagined Finlay Park.
