(Columbia, SC) – The City of Columbia started Tuesday, October 6, 2026 with a City Council Work Session, which included a presentation from Mr. Derek S. Gruner, RA, LEED AP, University Architect, University of South Carolina, on proposed Harden Street Corridor Improvements.
The Harden Street Corridor Improvements focus on facilitating a safer, more comfortable environment for pedestrians.
