Together, we can make a difference!
Join us during HOPE Week to see the incredible work happening in our community to uplift those in need. Participate, volunteer, and learn how we’re helping people evolve and overcome barriers during National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month.
On November 5, outreach teams will revisit high-impact areas identified in the 2025 PIT Count to distribute survival packs and connect individuals with services. This outreach initiative invites community members, volunteers, faith groups, and organizations to assemble and distribute hygiene kits filled with essential items such as soap, toothbrushes, socks, deodorant, and encouraging messages of hope. After assembling the kits, volunteers will have the opportunity to join our Homeless Services Outreach Team in safely distributing these resources directly to individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout the City of Columbia.
