The Parks and Recreation Department will close the south end of Riverfront Park at 312 Laurel Street from Tuesday, June 17 through Friday, June 20, reopening to the public on Saturday, June 21. This closure is necessary to allow contractors to replace asphalt paving and pour concrete in the section adjacent to the Columbia Canal.
Guests are encouraged to visit the north end of Riverfront Park at 4122 River Drive, Granby Park at 100 Catawba St. or the Saluda Riverwalk at 650 Candi Lane during this closure.
