Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the beautiful Saluda Shoals Park for the Rise & Run 5K. This Easter 5k event will take place on a fast, flat, and scenic certified closed course, giving participants the opportunity to achieve personal bests while soaking in the natural beauty of the park. More than just a race, it’s a celebration of the resurrected King, a movement for mental health awareness, and a chance to bring hope to those struggling with anxiety and depression. The event is hosted by Forever Changed Ministries.
Event Details:
5K Race: Starting at 8:00 AM, the race features a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.
Kids’ Fun Run with Easter Egg Hunt: Beginning at 9:30 AM, this fun-filled activity allows everyone to participate in the 5K and still enjoy Easter festivities with their families at Leo’s Landing.
Packet Pick-Up:
Friday, April 11: Packet pick-up will be held at Fleet Feet in Irmo, located at 945 Lake Murray Blvd, Suite A, Irmo, SC 29063, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Receive a 10% discount from Fleet Feet.
Saturday, April 12: Race day on-site packet pick-up will begin at 7:00 AM at Saluda Shoals Park.
