What: The City of Columbia is proud to cut the ribbon with EPC, Inc. at their newly renovated location in the City of Columbia. EPC, Inc., will host an open house event from 12-4PM on Thursday, June 6th and a formal ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 1PM.
EPC helps hundreds of organizations across the U.S. repurpose and dispose of their obsolete information technology infrastructure, and maximize their return in secondary markets. EPC provides their customers with sustainable, secure, and environmentally responsible IT disposal, and is able to accommodate their data security requirements.
EPC purchased the former Walmart location off of Bush River Road and has invested $9.5M to up-fit that space, creating 133 new jobs here in Columbia. The new 203,000 square foot space will serve as the company’s East Coast hub, and will accommodate increased production.
