What: Kao Thai, a popular Vista restaurant, is preparing to celebrate the ribbon cutting of their second location at 1307 Main Street. The ribbon cutting will held on Thursday, September 7th at 4:30PM at their second location, and will coincide with First Thursday on Main Street. Kao Thai offers modern Thai cuisine, featuring dishes found on the streets of Bangkok as well as a creative mix Pan-Asian and Asian-American fusion dishes that are fresh and exciting.
