Who: Mayor Daniel J. Rickenmann, City of Columbia Police Chief William “Skip” Holbrook and Columbia-Richland Fire Chief Aubrey D. Jenkins
What: The City of Columbia will kick-off fundraising efforts for the annual Mayor’s Campaign Against Breast Cancer. Mayor Rickenmann, Chief Holbrook and Chief Jenkins will unveil the t-shirts that will be on sale following the press conference. All proceeds from the sales will go to benefit the Prisma Health Midlands Foundation for the Bosom Buddies Fund to provide resources for recovery and emotional healing for individuals undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
