Program: Celebrate and honor childhood cancer families on International Childhood Cancer Awareness Day

Kristine M Schaffer Marketing LLC is a small business promoting success primarily focused on bringing awareness to childhood cancer in this great state of South Carolina. South Carolina Go Gold for Childhood Cancer is a movement that Kristine continues to collaborate with many businesses, non-profits, schools, churches, and the South Carolina General Assembly to unite to share resources to educate and increase efforts for childhood cancer awareness and cures.

The Santiago Strong Foundation (Santiagostrong.org) is a 501 (C)(3 )non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families and their children in the fight against Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). Our goal is to spread awareness and raise funds to provide assistance to those currently battling DIPG.

Our primary mission is to help families stay together with their children as they are going through treatments and/or clinical trials. We know firsthand how important it was to stay together as a family when our son Santiago was going through his treatments. Not only was staying together as a family important to us, as his parents, but it also played a critical role during his medical care. It gave Santiago the strength and the love he needed to fight as long as he did.
