WHAT: The City of Columbia in partnership with the City Center Partnership will be hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Perfect Storm Bear Factory. Perfect Storm is locally owned and offers a variety of toys, games, puzzles, and customizable plush animals.
